Linear and pivot machines that consume 3-4 times less energy than other more conventional irrigation systems. The advantages of a pivot or a linear system is the reduction of working time, better homogeneity of watering, optimization of inputs, possibility of fertigation and low power consumption.

Machine Styles

Fixed Pivot

The fixed pivot can be electric, diesel or solar. The center pivot tower is anchored to a concrete slab and the spans move around this tower. The pivot can be in full circle or sector. The center pivot is the central point by which water is conveyed through the span(s). It is provided with a collector when in full circle, when the pivot is in sector it doesn’t need collector, but safety stops and safety barricades at both ends. These pivots can be solar powered and 100% autonomous.

Towable Pivot

The towable pivot can be on skis or wheels and pulled by a tractor. The pivot is towable in the length direction. The wheels of each span are rotated 90 ° using a jack or with the aid of an electric control. The towing of the pivot is carried out with a tractor connected by a holding cable between the center and the first tower.

Lateral

2iE Lateral Systems are suitable especially for irrigating rectangular plots and are guided using a furrow or by an overhead cable parallel with the way of the cart.  The alignment by double action cable system, optimizes the perpendicularity of the spans with the cart.

Hippodrome Cart

The linear machine can irrigate linear or linear / circular with an automatic double sprinkler package. The alignment of the spans is managed by the cams, assisted double action cable system and by a encoder located on the cart for the management of the angles with a precision of 0.1°. The water supply of the linear machine is made either from a canal or by a soft hose connected to the hydrants, spaced from each other according to the hose diameter, length and flow rate. For flow rates less than 150m3 / hr these machines are equipped with a soft hose automatic and motorised device. The guidance is carried out using a furrow or by an overhead cable parallel to the way of the cart. The alignment by double action cable system, optimizes the perpendicularly of the spans with the cart.
